• The size chart provided on the Jackets Masters site is highly detailed and reader-friendly that is designed to give the customers the perfect measurement. Therefore, customers are advised to check correct size according to their exact measurement before placing an order. Note: We strictly follow the measurements sent to us by the customer. We at Jacket Masters aim to prepare high quality jackets. In case of any discrepancies, please contact our professional customer service team at Jacket Masters within 03 business post-delivery of the product. Our representative will guide you accordingly. After 03 business days, Jackets Masters will not be liable to facilitate the customer for any return or exchange effective from the date when the customer receives their custom jacket. In case of any confusion, our customer care center is always available to respond to queries regarding the size. 

  • If there is a difference in size or difference in designing, color or pattern other than what was represented on the website, the customer is encouraged to contact our Return and Exchange facility. However, the customer will have to provide Jacket Masters pictures of the jacket which you have received within 03 business days of receiving the jacket. Our customer service will try to resolve the matter as smoothly as possible. 

  • The facility of Return/Exchange will not be available if an order of more than one of the same product has been placed by the customer, especially for the change of size. This policy is in place to safeguard Jacket Masters as our products are often resold. 

  • Jacket Masters provides its own sizing chart. We suggest all customers to double check their measurement before placing order.

  • Upon wrong size selection, when a customer opts to exchange the item the customer will have to pay a restocking fees of $60.

  • Upon return, Jacket Masters will deduct $50 from the total before refund. 

  • The customer will be liable to pay the shipping charges, upon return and exchange.

  • No returns or exchanges are acceptable for custom made orders. 

  • The VAT and custom duty charges will be borne by the customer for any return or exchange.

  • The facility of replacement or adjustment for the product color and size is only available for 02 business days for standard shipping and twenty hours for fast shipping of your order placement. We provide an efficient delivery plan, therefore the item is sent for processing within 02 business days for shipping and 24 hours for fast shipping of order placement.

  • Requests for order cancelation should be made within 24 hours of order placement. After that the following terms and conditions apply:

  • 25% deduction will be made from the total amount, in case of cancellation of ordered item within 03 business days.

  • 40% deduction will be made from the total amount, if a customer cancels the order before the shipment process.

  • No orders shall be canceled after 07 business days of order placement.
  • Jacket Masters conducts a thorough quality check through its professional inspectors. The color, stitching, sizing, pattern and quality of leather all go through thorough scrutiny before shipment. However, we do accommodate our customers in case the product is damaged during the shipping process, a customer can obtain a replacement of the same jacket in same quality and size. The customer is requested to email us at sales@jacketsmasters.com and specify the condition of the damaged item by attaching the images of the product with the email without removing tag within 24 hours just after receiving the product.

  • A customer is qualified to ask for a complete refund including shipping charges, if the delivery exceeds twenty-nine working days for the product they have ordered. The counting of 29 days will start after the final confirmation of customer and gateway payment confirmation. If a customer does not receive their order within six working days after the final confirmation, they can communicate with customer support team for tracking number and other order updates. If your product is not shipped within seven working days, you are allowed to claim full refund for the jacket including the shipping charges (if any).
